VideoSummarizer ("we", "us", or "our") welcomes you. We are a company incorporated under the laws of the United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered knowledge extraction service accessible at https://videosummarizer.tech (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
VideoSummarizer provides an AI-powered platform that converts YouTube videos, PDFs, audio files, images, and web pages into summaries, transcripts, translations, and mindmaps. This is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
Our Service utilizes third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek and Anthropic, to process and generate content. The performance and availability of our Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party AI models.

By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize VideoSummarizer to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel pursuant to Section 6.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and is not stored on our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 90 days, then deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:
To request a refund, email refunds@noteai.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Non-refundable: Used subscription periods, annual subscription refunds requested after 30 days of purchase, and accounts closed for violation of these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 9.
By submitting content to our Service ("Input Content"), you grant VideoSummarizer a limited, non-exclusive license solely for providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.

Your use of our Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
11.1 As-Is Service: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.
11.2 AI Content Disclaimer: ⚠️ Our AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals before acting on AI content.
11.3 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VideoSummarizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use our Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or when required by law. If we terminate for reasons not caused by your breach, we will pro-rate refund any prepaid, unused portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@noteai.com.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at billing@noteai.com before contacting your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Before filing formal proceedings, please attempt informal resolution by emailing legal@noteai.com.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in full effect.
